Market Fusion celebrity cook-off recipes
On Saturday 20 September 2008, top chefs Paul Rankin and Nick Nairn combined their highly individual culinary styles to prepare a menu from produce on sale at the market. The event was part of the Food and Drink Festival.Below are the recipes for the dishes prepared by the chefs:
