Our Clean Cities

The forum's aim is to help cities learn from the experiences of others and identify solutions to common problems all cities face.

We also want to improve attitudes and behaviour towards littering which has a negative impact on the attractiveness of our cities.

The working group of the Eurocities forum is made up of the following participating member cities:

Belfast, Gothenburg, Porto, Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield, Bristol, Madrid, Tallinn, Cologne, Newcastle, Tampere, Glasgow, Oslo.

Our Clean Cities booklet

This booklet describes how cities have tackled environmental problems such as litter, illegal dumping, graffiti and fly posting in cities across Europe. In the section about Belfast it outlines our successful 'Litter, don't drop it, stop it' anti-litter campaign.
