Chinese Masterchef competition 2011
Our Chinese Masterchef competition was held in St George's Market on 6 February 2011 as part of our Chinese New Year celebrations.Elizabeth Gilchrist and Emma Duffy from our Food Safety Team helped organise the Masterchef Competition in conjunction with Belfast Trust, the Chinese Welfare Association and the Chinese Chamber of Commerce. The competition included chefs from restaurants and takeaways who have taken part in our Healthier Chinese Menu project, or some other form of nutrition training.
We've brought together photographs of the competing chefs, as well as the delicious winning dish.
