Teenage Kicks
We are always looking at innovative ways to encourage more young people to exercise on a regular basis. Teenage Kicks offers an alternative to sport for young people by encouraging them to use dance to become more active.
Try-outs
Teenage Kicks has been so popular in past years that we have decided to hold try-out sessions for our 2012 programme. Our next try-out session will take place on Sunday 12 February from 10am to 12 noon in Belfast City Hall.The sessions are open to both boys and girls in school years 8 - 11 at secondary school (or aged 12-15).
You don't need to have any dance experience but you'll need to register before you come down to show us your moves.
If you get through the try-outs, you'll attend eight weeks of dance coaching with Fitness Freddy of Energy Fitness.
The course will finish with a performance for friends and family in the Waterfront Studio on 28 March 2012.

To take part in the session you'll need to register by filling in our online registration form(Please use Internet Explorer 7 and above when filling in this form.)
The closing date for registrations is Friday 10 February at 4pm.
If under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission before registering.
