Booking a function room at City Hall

City Hall has a number of functions rooms which can be booked for specific events. These events must meet a set of criteria and a formal Application Form is required to be completed. It is recommended you discuss your event with one of the Civic HQ Unit staff. Call us on 028 9027 0281 before completing an booking form.

As all function applications have to be agreed by the SP&R Committee and ratified by council a lead in time of at least 8 weeks is required.

When completing the booking form you may type or write your answers. If you choose to fill in the form by hand please make sure you write your answers in BLOCK CAPITALS using black ink. Remember to sign and date the form before returning it to the council. Please keep a copy of the booking form for your own records.
