Fees and charges

The following fees are in addition to the advertised ticket price.

Telephone bookings at the box office

There is a charge of £1 per ticket for credit and debit card bookings made by phone. However, tickets may be reserved and paid for by cash (at our box office counter only) or cheque within three working days, without a handling charge.

Online bookings

A fee of £1.50 per transaction is payable for all bookings made online.

Box office counter bookings

Events at both the Ulster Hall and the Waterfront can be booked at either box office.

There is no handling charge for credit or debit card sales made in person at our box office.

Postal bookings

You should make cheques payable to Belfast City Council and include an additional 50p to cover postage and packaging costs.

Cross your cheque 'account payee' and make sure your name, address and cheque guarantee card number are clearly written on the back.

Please do not send cash by post.

Postal fee

A fee of 50p per transaction is payable for tickets forwarded by post.
