How to book
There are several ways to book tickets for our events:
Book by telephone
You can book tickets for any of our events at the Ulster Hall and Waterfront by calling us on 028 9033 4455.
The booking line is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
Please note there is a fee of £1 per ticket for bookings made and paid for by telephone.
Book online
You can book tickets online for all our events.
Please note there is a fee of £1.50 per transaction for online sales.

Book in person
You can book tickets for all Ulster Hall events and Waterfront events at our box office in the Ulster Hall.
It is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm.
On performance days the box office will stay open until 8.30pm.
Book at the Waterfront box office
Tickets for Ulster Hall events can also be booked at the Waterfront box office.
It is open from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
It is also open to 8.30pm during evening shows and on Sundays and bank holidays but only
when there is a performance.
Book at Xtra-vision
You can book tickets at selected Xtra-vision stores across Northern Ireland.

There is a fee of £1.50 per ticket for sales at Xtra-vision.
You will receive a booking confirmation or receipt and can choose to either collect your tickets at our box office or have them posted to you.
There is a postage fee of 50 pence per transaction for tickets forwarded by post.
Book by post
We also accept cheque payments posted to the following address:

Information to send to us
When you send a cheque by post remember to include the:
- name of the performance
- date and time of the performance
- seating area
- ticket price
- number of tickets you want to book.
- You should also include details of any special requirements you have, for example, if you want to reserve an aisle seat.
Make sure your name, address and cheque guarantee card number are clearly written
on the back of the cheque.
Cross the cheque "account payee" and make the cheque payable to Belfast City Council.
The cheque amount should cover your booking and include an
additional 50p for postage and packaging.
Please do not send cash by post.
Booking advice
Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall highly recommend that you only buy tickets through recognised Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall ticketing agents.
If you buy tickets through secondary ticketing agents or websites, you do so at your own risk.
Issues arising from these transactions cannot be dealt with by the Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall box offices.
