Booking terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to our ticket sales:

the management reserves the right to alter or amend the programme as necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances
once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless an event is cancelled or postponed
if an event is cancelled or postponed, any refunds must be claimed from the original point of purchase
duplicate tickets cannot be issued for standing concerts or unreserved seating. If patrons want to have these tickets forwarded by post, they do so at their own risk.
