The WINS Model - A Guide to Implementation
The WINS Model for pre-employment training and work placements for women was initially developed by the Women'sTEC and GEMS Northern Ireland as part of the WINS project.The model has been tested and revised throughout the lifetime of the project. This guide gives an overview of the separate elements of model and advice on how to implement it.

- policy officers and researchers.
