Refubishment work

City Hall refurbishment Belfast City Hall reopened to the public on Monday 5 October 2009 after a massive £11m refurbishment project. The iconic building had been temporarily closed since October 2007.

Coffee shop

As part of the Belfast City Hall refurbishment, a new coffee shop and exhibition area has been added. The theme of the new area is Belfast industries from the 17th century through to the present day. The name of the new coffee shop is The Bobbin .
