Leisure activities
Football fever Belfast Facebook Weekly football coaching at Solitude, Belfast for children. Boys and girls aged 4 - 15 can take part in an 8 week soccer course that will teach basic skills such as speed and agilty as well as developing discipline and teamwork.
Make A Splash swim lessons Sign up to our Make A Splash programme and learn to swim. It's suitable for all ages and abilities and is available at centres across Belfast.
Kidzfit gym These gyms, at Falls and Shankill Leisure Centres, are for eight to 15-year-olds and include spinning bikes, adapted weights and resistance machines.
Laser Zone game Compete against your mates and see who can score the most points, or 'shots', in our interactive Laser Zone game.
Boost leisure membership scheme If you are aged 16 or under or a student in full-time education, you can get money off lots of leisure centre activities and classes.
Soft play area Our zoo-themed play area in Grove Wellbeing Centre includes tunnels, slides, climbing nets and a special ball-juggling machine!
Activities for children and young people Our leisure centres offer everything from gymnastics, trampolining, archery and basketball to football, hip-hop, karate and Irish dancing.
Climbing wall Learn how to climb with special courses for beginners and improvers or pay-as-you-go with our indoor wall and slab and caving sections.
Choose n Move
Our Choose n Move programme is designed for youth leaders who want to help children aged four to 16 eat better and get active.
Parks activities
Cave Hill Adventurous Playground 
If you're aged 14 or under, burn off some energy on our cradle swings, slides, spring rockers, aerial runway and space net.
Sports pitches and playing fields
Our pitches cater for soccer, Gaelic games, cricket, athletics and tennis and are available for tournaments, matches and kickabouts.
Cycling routes
Grab a set of wheels, your mates and a picnic and explore Belfast by bike using our pick of the city's best cycling routes.
Walking routesOur downloadable walking routes and maps are suitable for all ages and abilities and can help you stay fit this winter.
Orienteering and eco-trails
