City Hall to light up for World Down’s Syndrome Day 2020

Lord Mayor of Belfast, Councillor Daniel Baker has announced that Belfast City Hall will light up blue and yellow to mark World Down's Syndrome Day 2020.

World Down's Syndrome Day takes place on Saturday 21 March and celebrates people with Down’s Syndrome highlighting the vital role they play in our lives and communities. The illumination will also celebrate the 50th anniversary of the formation of the Down’s Syndrome Association of Northern Ireland. Councillor Baker was joined by members of the Families with Ups and Downs support group in City Hall for the special announcement.
