As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our parks and open spaces throughout the city, which host some of our most popular buildings and visitor destinations, are now playing an even more important role in providing amenities for local residents and visitors and for enhancing people’s quality of life and health and wellbeing.

An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably experienced and dynamic individual(s) or business(es) to operate Malone House.
We are seeking new and innovative proposals from interested parties. Proposals from multiple individual(s) or business(es), working together to manage and operate the venue, would be welcomed.

Interested parties are asked to provide responses to the information requested on or before 2pm on Friday 10 December 2021.
