We are responsible for the management of industrial sites including Gasworks, Balmoral and Duncrue including tenant and lease management and rent reviews generating an annual income of about £7m.


We are responsible for the operation and promotion of both St George’s Market and Smithfield Market. In addition to this, we are also involved with the bi-annual continental market events which take place in City Hall grounds each Christmas and May Bank Holiday weekend.
