CONSUMER ADVICE TALK on 21 Jan – will focus on your rights in law when buying goods or services, how to complain effectively, the civil complaint process including escalating your complaint to the small claims court or an Ombudsman Service & advice on scams.

ADVICE NI INFORMATION SESSION on 28 Jan – Debt Action provides free independent, confidential money advice.

THE ADULT WELLNESS YOGA & MINDFULNESS SESSIONS - are gentle and suitable for adults of any age - even if you are new to Yoga! They can promote calm, self-care and help manage stress.  If you have any doubts if you should practice Yoga please check with your health care professional in advance.
