Join Aaron Kelly, an enthusiastic naturalist with a particular love of Black Mountain Aaron will lead a dander around Cavehill Country Park to hear and identify birds.

Amal at Ben Madigan

Date: Sunday 19 May, 6.30pm to 9pm (event starts 7pm)

As part of our 90th anniversary year, we are delighted that Belfast Castle has been chosen as the finale destination to a four-day celebration for the city as Little Amal; a 12-foot puppet of a 10-year-old Syrian refugee child.

The Cannon Run Supercars drive-by

Date: Thursday 18 July, 12 noon to 2pm

Belfast Castle have teamed up with The Canon Run as part of their 90th anniversary and will welcome some of the countries top Supercars to the castle grounds this summer.

Summer open air painting demonstrations

Date: Saturday 20 and Saturday 27 July 2024, from 1pm to 3pm

Come and watch artists from Rosemary Painting Group as they paint and sketch outdoors.

European Open Heritage Day
