We supply a number of grants to help fund events and community activities throughout Belfast.
In recent years, our funding programmes have covered the following areas:
- community festivals
- sports club development
- major sporting events
- cultural diversity projects.

We provide the following sources of funding:Culture and arts
We invest in a number of cultural events to help improve the quality of life in Belfast.As well as a rolling programme of funding, we offer an annual funding scheme and a Community Festivals Fund for arts and heritage organisations and community groups.
Community Safety Small Grant Scheme
This scheme helps to deal with crime and antisocial behaviour in Belfast.Parks Events Small Grants Scheme
Grants of up to £2,250 are available for non-party political Belfast-based organisations, such as community, youth and church groups, hoping to organise an event in one of our parks.Good Relations
We have a number of schemes designed to encourage good community relations, promote cultural diversity and ensure equality in all areas of life.Our current programmes include the Good Relations Fund.
Support for Sport
Our initiatives help to provide support for large sports events and visiting teams and officials.We also allocate grants to local sports clubs to help them develop facilities and attract new members.
