Sign Language Interpreter - SignVideo

SignVideo provides our Deaf or Hard of Hearing customers who use British Sign Language (BSL) and Irish Sign Language (ISL) instant access to a SignVideo online interpreter. 

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can get in touch with us using a BSL or ISL interpreter.

This service is free and can be accessed from your mobile device and at most of our venues. It’s simple, fast and secure.

How will we get back in touch with you to resolve your enquiry?

If a member of our team needs to call you back to resolve your enquiry we will return your call by connecting to the SignVideo App to continue the conversation in sign language. To make sure we can connect to you, download the SignVideo App and set up an account.

Using SignVideo (Video Remote Interpreting) at our venues

We connect to a fully qualified SignVideo interpreter using a tablet at our Reception desk, so you can see them on the screen. They will help you communicate with our staff. If you need any help, a member of our reception team will be on hand. Our SignVideo service gives you access to online BSL and ISL remote interpreters.
