Draft short-term let accommodation Supplementary Planning Guidelines (SPG)
We have prepared draft Supplementary Planning Guidelines (SPG) associated with Policy HOU13: Short-term let accommodation contained in the Belfast Local Development Plan (LDP) Plan Strategy.
SPG represents non-statutory planning guidance that supports and clarifies planning policies and is intended to assist policy implementation.
We have published this draft PBMSA SPG on our website for public consultation. It’s also available for public inspection at the Cecil Ward Building, 4-10 Linenhall Street, Belfast, BT2 8BP, during normal public opening hours.
