In the very heart of Belfast's city centre, on the edge of Cathedral Quarter

Rich in memories and steeped in history, this area has developed from a major trading area into the cultural and creative heart of the city. It has seen days of great prosperity, characterised by the many warehouses, grand civic structures and significant eclectic and art deco buildings that provide this intriguing part of the city with a sense of originality and endurance.

This will be a fitting addition to the city centre, transforming the streets and spaces around it and stimulating regeneration and investment across the city.
