This is a pre-application community consultation in advance of submitting the planning application for Belfast Stories.
Belfast Stories includes new public spaces, a visitor attraction and a creative hub on the site where North Street and Royal Avenue meet, which includes the Art Deco former Bank of Ireland buildings.
