Our night-time noise team is available seven nights a week from 8pm until 4am.  You can report a noise problem as it happens during night-time hours by calling 028 9037 3006. You can also contact our noise team during daytime hours shown. 

There is a voicemail facility for you to leave your details. We will call you back as soon as possible.

What we can do

We can visit or write to those responsible. If we can't resolve the complaint, we'll carry out a more formal investigation and take legal action if necessary.
