Belfast Learning Festival

  • Overview of the Belfast Learning Festival

The Belfast Learning Festival is a celebration of learning in all its forms. It brings together individuals, organisations and communities to explore new ideas, build connections and discover just how much learning is happening across the city every day.

  • Belfast Learning Festival 2026

Belfast Learning Festival takes place from 8 to 14 June 2026 in venues across the city. It showcases Belfast as a City of Learning - a place where learning happens everywhere.

Lots of different organisations in Belfast support the Belfast Learning Festival by hosting their own learning event or activity. To find out more about the varied programme of events this year, go to our events. There is something for everyone, regardless of age, ability, interest, or experience!

As the city prepares to welcome Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, we’ve included events that explore learning through music, culture and dance. All genres, traditions and communities are welcome.
