Overview

There were 48 responses to the consultation on the draft Developer Contributions Framework – A guide to developer contributions and planning agreements. Consultation ran from 13 August to 5 November 2018.

During the consultation, the Council hosted a number of consultation events and officers also attended a number of other stakeholder events. These are summarised below:

A total of 48.94 per cent of respondents strongly agreed or agreed with the general principles for when developer contributions may be required. 10.64 per cent disagreed with the principles outlined in the draft Developer Contribution Framework. 29.79 per cent respondents were neutral as they neither agreed nor disagreed with question 7.
