Overview

There were 48 responses to the consultation on the draft Developer Contributions Framework – A guide to developer contributions and planning agreements. Consultation ran from 13 August to 5 November 2018.

During the consultation, the Council hosted a number of consultation events and officers also attended a number of other stakeholder events. These are summarised below:

A total of 48.94% of respondents strongly agreed or agreed with the general principles for when developer contributions may be required. 10.64% disagreed with the principles outlined in the draft Developer Contribution Framework. 29.79% respondents were neutral as they neither agreed nor disagreed with question 7.
