Carr's Glen Linear Park is part of Cave Hill Country Park in north Belfast. The park gives visitors access to the Cave Hill area from Ballysillan Road. The Milewater Stream runs through the park. You can see the remains of a mill alongside the stream. Features include waymarked trails within Cave Hill Country Park and various wildlife and scenic views.
Getting to Carr's Glen Linear Park
Enter the park at North Circular Road. If you are travelling by bus, take Metro no. 12 or 61 from Belfast city centre, or plan your journey with Translink (link opens in new window).

Disposable barbecues
You cannot use a disposable barbecue in our parks.

Our parks open at 7.30am every day. Closing times change as daylight lengthens or shortens. Ballysillan Park and Glenbank Park close 30 minutes before our other parks.
