Overview of Olympia regeneration

The £21.75 million Olympia Leisure Centre and spa opened in January 2017.

The centre features include: 

• two swimming pools
• 120 station gym
• spin studio
• main hall
• exercise studio
• day spa
• Coffee Corner.

The external sports and leisure facilities include:

• a 3G pitch
• a multi-use games area
• a play park.

In addition, a tree-lined boulevard leads to the centre from Boucher Road and a pedestrian entrance, known as the ‘John Stewart Bell entrance’ was created off Olympia Drive. 

We funded this project with a contribution from the Department for Culture, Arts and Leisure.
