About Cultivate

Cultivate is a high-impact business growth programme designed to support ambitious and growth focused entrepreneurs who are building businesses that create positive outcomes for people, communities and the environment.

Through a combination of expert mentoring, practical workshops, networking opportunities and access to internationally recognised speakers, participants will gain the knowledge, confidence and connections needed to accelerate business growth while maximising their social and environmental impact.

The programme includes a series of interactive development opportunities:

• Three road mapping workshops - to provide hands-on mentoring and strategic planning support. Participants will explore their business purpose, define their market position, develop a compelling growth vision and build practical action plans across short, medium and long-term horizons
• Two summits - to offer participants access to inspiring global leaders, innovators, business founders and sustainability experts. These events provide valuable insights into entrepreneurship, leadership, climate action, innovation and impact
• Two sessions with keynote speakers and thought leaders - to give participants the chance to engage directly with keynote speakers and thought leaders in smaller, intimate settings.

The programme concludes with a Grant Pot Pitch Day, where participants present their growth plans and future ambitions to a panel. Businesses will compete for a share of a dedicated grant fund to help accelerate their next stage of development and impact.
