Some of the main developments include:
- Cathedral Quarter
Offers a number of opportunities including office, retail, leisure and residential. This comprehensive mixed-use scheme will add impetus to the rejuvenation of the area as a cultural destination.
- Gasworks Business Park
The Gasworks with its mixture of old and new buildings provides premium office space. Belfast's riverside has once again become the focus for business, leisure and cultural activity. Laganside is now a centrepiece for business within the city and provides a 'place of opportunity for all'.
- Lanyon Place
Laganside's flagship site home already to Hilton and BT, the Lanyon Quay Building offers prestige office accommodation and commercial leisure opportunities and there are two further speculative office developments due to go on site shortly.
- Northern Ireland Science Park
Centred on a 10-hectare (24-acre) site on Queen's Island, Titanic Quarter, the Northern Ireland Science Park (NISP) has established itself as the location of choice for knowledge-based companies in Northern Ireland.
- North Foreshore
The North Foreshore site is made up of 320 acres of reclaimed land. Plans for the site include an environmental business park and a public park called Giant's Park.
- Odyssey Arena complex
The Odyssey is a Landmark Millennium Project for Northern Ireland.
- Titanic Quarter
Few cities worldwide are as fortunate as Belfast to possess a development opportunity of the scale and quality of Titanic Quarter. Located on a 75- hectare site within walking distance of Belfast City Centre, Titanic Quarter, with 1.5km of water frontage, is Europe's largest urban waterfront development.
- Victoria Square
The £320 million retail centre is one of Europe's largest urban regeneration projects and provides 75,000 sq m of retail space. It was completed in 2008.
