The Belfast City and Region Place Partnership - a joint public and private sector led initiative - brings together the public, private and third sectors in a commitment to deliver on our shared ambitions for the city and wider city region as an exciting place to work, live, play and invest.
The Belfast City and Region Place Partnership is delivering a year-long programme focused on activities that help to ensure the place is positioned to continue to attract investment and deliver on inclusive growth.
Together the Partnership will:
- continue to build collaboration and partnership in the city and wider region
- continue to promote and market the Belfast region outside Northern Ireland
- increase engagement and advocacy with all key stakeholders; in particular, investors and government
- support delivery of Belfast Region City Deal projects by attracting collaborative partners
- support delivery of our shared ambition to drive inclusive, sustainable growth
Annual programme of activity
The Belfast City and Region Place Partnership is delivering a structured programme of activity to help ensure that Belfast and the wider region are positioned to continue attracting investment and delivering sustainable, inclusive growth.
Investment focused events
The programme includes a presence at international real estate investment conferences, UKREiiF 2024 and MIPIM 2024, to showcase our city region to a global audience. Additionally, we are exploring the potential for a New York Real Estate Investment Showcase.
Engagement and advocacy
An engagement and advocacy programme will facilitate two-way conversations with policy makers and showcase real estate opportunities to the investor community. It aims to positively position the Belfast region as a place that’s open for business and investment - and to support development and regeneration.
Communications
Media engagement reinforcing positive messaging around the Belfast region’s investment proposition through tailored international marketing and communication campaigns, targeting the national and international real estate investment and development community.
Research
Research aligned to the impact of real estate investment to inform the city and region’s proposition and narrative.
