11. Recruitment during the Contract Period
11.1
The Contractor, either directly or through its supply chain, provides at least 30% of all new employees required through the delivery of this Contract through recruitment that targets Priority Groups, as defined in the SV Procurement Policy. The Contractor sets out their approach to delivering this in the SV Plan.
