4. Zero Hours Contracts
4.1
The Contractor must ensure that Staff (i.e. employees engaged to work on the Contract) are not employed using Zero Hours Contracts during the Contract Period.
4.2
The Contractor provides evidence that they are complying with this clause 3 within 2 weeks of a request by the Council.
