9. Monitoring provisions
9.1
The Contractor shall provide a completed SV Monitoring Report ‘SV Report’ every month using the Social Value Monitoring System.
9.2
The final format and content of the SV Report is agreed in line with the SV Plan however should include (where applicable):
9.2.1 the value of Deliverables invoiced to date;
9.2.2 all required details associated with each SV Initiative included in the SV Plan;
9.2.3 details on recovery actions being undertaken to address performance issues against the SV Plan.
9.3
The Council reserves the right to request interim reports to outline progress against the SV Plan which the Contractor will provide within 2 weeks of request.
9.4
Access to the Social Value Monitoring System will be provided at Contract Award including any required guidance on how to use the system.
