3. Real Living Wage
3.1
The Contractor must ensure that Staff (i.e. employees engaged to work on the Contract) are paid as a minimum, the rates of pay published by the Living Wage Foundation throughout the Contract Period.
3.2
The Contractor provides evidence that they are complying with this clause 3 within 2 weeks of a request by the Council.
