5. Social Value Delivery Plan
5.1
Within 4 weeks of Contract Award the Contractor is required to submit the Social Value Delivery Plan ‘the SV Plan’ for acceptance. The Council reviews the SV Plan within 2 weeks and:
5.1.1 either accepts the SV Plan or;
5.1.2 returns the SV Plan with suggested amendments/alterations.
5.2
The SV Plan acceptance process should take no longer than 8 weeks to complete unless agreed otherwise with a Council representative i.e. appointed contract manager.
5.3
Should the acceptance process take longer than 8 weeks to complete (i.e. due quality issues with the SV Plan) then applicable SV Credits will apply.
5.4
The Contractor shall deliver the accepted SV Plan unless otherwise agreed with the Council.
5.5
The Council may request an updated SV Plan at interims throughout the Contract Period, to take into account any increases in the contract value, any reasonable adjustments to any SV Initiatives and the Contractor’s performance against the SV Plan.
5.6
The same acceptance process and timescales apply where an updated SV Plan is required including any associated SV Credits.
