Belfast Zoo is a fantastic day out for community groups, youth clubs, summer schemes schools, social trips and other large groups. For a group of 15 or more people, you can get a discounted group price.
How to arrange your group visit
A group of 15 or more can book their visit online. To receive further discount, see online group prices. The group must book online at least one day before the group's visit.
If you would like to arrange your group visit and pay later, gate prices will apply.
Groups can also buy gate tickets on arrival at the zoo at any time during opening hours. Ticket prices are valid from 8 April 2024.

Payment
By cheque
Please make your cheque payable to Belfast City Council. We only accept company or school cheques. Personal cheques will not be accepted. We advise that the final amount payable is written onto the cheque when you arrive at Belfast Zoo on the date of your visit to ensure accurate payment information. If the cheque displays a different amount from the final payable amount, the cheque will not be accepted.
By cash
You can pay in cash on the day of your group visit.
By card
You can pay by debit or credit card in advance or on the day of your visit.
By invoice
Some groups may have to inform us at least six weeks in advance of your visit if you wish to be invoiced. This is subject to completion of relevant documentation and financial approval by Belfast City Council. See our terms and conditions.

Children aged 16 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult.
You must show valid photographic student identification card, senior citizen's card, Translink card or other acceptable identification.
You must provide proof to show you are in receipt of carer's allowance, a doctor's letter or relevant paperwork. The visitor who needs the carer's assistance can provide evidence of their disability.
