Get ready to connect mind, body, and spirit while enjoying the stunning views at Belfast Castle.

This six-week programme is aimed at developing strength and flexibility for both men and women, particularly those aged 40 to 55.

The programme starts on 21 February 2026 at 8am, and takes place every Saturday. The dates are:

  • Saturday 28 February 2026
  • Saturday 7 March 2026
  • Saturday 14 March 2026
  • Saturday 21 March 2026
  • Saturday 28 March 2026
