Get ready to connect mind, body, and spirit while enjoying the stunning views at Belfast Castle.

This six-week programme is aimed at developing strength and flexibility for both men and women, particularly those aged 40 to 55.

The programme starts on 9 May 2026 at 8am, and takes place every Saturday. The dates are:
