The Loft Lines
The Loft Lines is a mixed use, mixed tenure residential-led development located in the Titanic Quarter in Belfast.
Three buildings are proposed to house a total of 778 units. This will include a mix of social housing, alongside build to rent with a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and studios for rent, to meet a range of needs.
This sustainable residential development is rooted in the qualities and history of Titanic Quarter and declares its future as an iconic waterfront neighbourhood.
Each block provides a commercial offering at ground floor alongside the residential entrances, car park provision, bike and bin stores and plant. The upper levels for the Build to Rent offering also provides amenity spaces for co-working / leisure and each block has a shared external amenity courtyard on the 1st floor deck. Further external amenity is provided at roof level of each block.
The development sits within a considered public realm offering with key sightlines and pedestrian promenade created along the waterfront edge, bringing life back to the riverside. A generous public recreational square is also proposed in the southeast corner of the site, providing a mix of spaces for play and leisure.
