Belfast City Hall
Belfast City Hall is Belfast City Council's civic building. It is in Donegall Square, in the heart of Belfast city centre. It first opened its doors on 1 August 1906.
Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), there are no public tours or functions in City Hall. The exhibition is closed.
The Registration Office is operating an appointment only service. Find out about registering births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships.
The Bobbin Coffee Shop is closed. Our Changing Places facility is open Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm.

Changing Places facility
City Hall has a Changing Places facility. The facility is available to the public. It's open from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. For access, you should ask security staff at the back gate of City Hall.
