Belfast City Hall is Belfast City Council's civic building. It is in Donegall Square, in the heart of Belfast city centre. It first opened its doors on 1 August 1906.
The grounds at Belfast City Hall have memorials to the history, people and events associated with the city. The grounds have two lawns, the Titanic Memorial Garden, The Cenotaph and Garden of Remembrance.

Belfast City Hall has public toilets on the ground floor in the east of the building. This includes a parent room and a fully accessible toilet.
City Hall has a Changing Places facility available to the public. It's open Monday to Sunday from 9am until 4.30pm. For access on weekdays, you should ask at reception in City Hall. On Saturday and Sunday, you can ask security staff at the back gate of City Hall. This is on Donegall Square South.

There are disabled parking bays within the central courtyard for those attending an event or meeting in City Hall. You need to book spaces prior to the event. You can do this by speaking to the event or meeting organiser who can make the necessary arrangements with City Hall staff. Event organisers will be briefed on accessible parking when booking an event.
Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) we are not giving guided tours of City Hall.
