On the walking tour:

  • Learn about Belfast’s different musical traditions and their roots
  • Explore some of the venues that are important in its musical history and today, including traditional bars and clubs, historic buildings, open air and performance spaces.
  • Visit the Oh Yeah Music Centre, Belfast’s own dedicated music hub.

The tour departs from the Ulster Hall at 1pm and finishes at the Oh Yeah Music Centre. A standard tour lasts two and a half hours. A tour with a musical performance lasts three hours.

To buy tickets, go to Visit Belfast (link opens in new window). If you book, you should come prepared for all weather and to walk around two miles. The tour includes several cobbled streets.

On the first Saturday each month, you can buy a tour ticket that includes a performance by a musician.
