You must give us 24 hours' notice when requesting an inspection. If we cannot facilitate the inspection you will be advised of the next available date.

We aim to respond to general enquiries within two working days, for more complex enquiries we may need up to five working days.
A building control surveyor will contact you within 24 hours. You can also call us on 028 9027 0650.
We will not write or send letters to you regarding an asbestos survey on your property.
