COVID-19 (coronavirus) update
The Department for Communities has produced guidance to help landlords and tenants in the private rented sector to deal with issues and challenges which may happen during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. The guidance covers a range of issues including advice on paying rent, access for emergency repairs, extended timescales for issuing tenants notice to quit and advice on moving home and property viewings as lockdown measures are eased.
