Breastival returns for its 10th year as Northern Ireland’s leading family-friendly festival celebrating, supporting, and informing parents and families.

The vibrant, inclusive event brings together families, healthcare professionals, advocates, and artists for an amazing day of learning, connection, and celebration. The festival creates a welcoming space suitable for pregnant women, parents, babies, young children, extended family members, friends, and supporters.

From interactive creative workshops to dedicated support zones, the daytime programme reflects a strong commitment to community-led maternal health, mental wellbeing, and family fun.

Highlights include:

• The Big Latch On: An in-person collective parenting moment taking place at 12.30pm.
• Interactive workshops: A busy line-up featuring Messy Play, circus skills, a baby disco, face painting, a puppet show, and peer support sessions.
• Exhibitor zone: A gathering of local organisations, charities, and services offering practical resources, information, and expert advice.
• Live performances: A varied schedule of family-friendly music and interactive experiences across the park grounds.
