The masterclass is for people who recently started a business or want to start a business.

The online session will explain:

• business structures – how to choose and register a business structure, differences between sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• tax registration – how and when to register your business for relevant taxes
• allowable expenses – what you can claim and the importance of keeping business records
• financial organisation – how to organise your key business finances including cash flow; managing and paying your taxes; pricing for profit; organising your bookkeeping; planning and forecasting your finances
• business sustainability – how and when to oversee your business finances and increase your chances of developing a sustainable new business
