This session will be based on MailChimp but key concepts can be adapted for other email marketing platforms including Brevo, MailerLite and Klaviyo.

  • Creating clear calls to action (CTAs): learn how to highlight CTAs with clickable buttons and hyperlinks, ensuring your emails convert from the inbox to the sales page.
  • Repurposing content effectively: learn how to reuse content from your website and other sources to keep your emails fresh and relevant.
  • Building and segmenting your audience: learn best practices for growing your email list and segmenting your audience for more personalised and effective communication
  • Leveraging automation in email marketing: discover how to automate your email marketing efforts to save time, increase efficiency and deliver timely, personalised messages to your audience
  • Analysing and optimising campaigns: understand how to measure the success of your email campaigns and use data-driven insights to continually improve performance
