Growth Path is all about empowering you to take control of your journey. Self-development is at the heart of starting a business - building confidence, sharpening communication skills, and fostering resilience to help you thrive in enterprise. Through 5 practical, peer-focused sessions, you’ll gain insights that strengthen your mindset and skillset, ensuring you’re ready to take the next step toward sustainable business success.

All our sessions take place in The Hub at The MAC. You can attend one, a few, or them all.

These workshops are friendly and free, everyone is welcome especially those who are curious but may feel unsure about getting started.

Start Where You Are Tuesday 27 January, 10.30am to 12.30pm	An interactive session that helps potential entrepreneurs identify their strengths, define their entrepreneurial profile, and create practical “hacks” while connecting with peers and building confidence for the journey ahead.
Neurodivergence and Business Tuesday 10 February, 10.30am to 12.30pm	An inclusive, neurodivergent led session that equips early stage entrepreneurs with practical strategies, shared insights, and supportive connections to build confidence and harness diverse thinking in business. Led by Claire Thompson, NCPS Neurodiversity Ambassador, Counsellor, Art Psychotherapist, and PhD Researcher.
Confidence, Pricing and Boundaries Tuesday 24 February, 10.30am to 12.30pm	A practical session helping early stage entrepreneurs build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and price their work with clarity and confidence.
Going Out On Your Own Without Doing it Alone - Making Connections Tuesday 10 March, 10.30am to 12.30pm	An interactive session that helps entrepreneurs build meaningful networks by exploring the value of diverse connections, overcoming common barriers, and learning practical ways to find and create authentic opportunities.
Future Focus - Taking Your Next Steps Into Business Tuesday 24 March, 10.30am to 12.30pm	A practical wrap up session helping participants reflect on their progress, set actionable goals, and discover local resources to support their next stage of business growth.
