Make Music Day – the global celebration of music-making which takes place every year in 1,000 cities worldwide –  is returning to Belfast’s Linen Quarter.

The district will be awash with music as Linen Quarter BID (in partnership with Making Music NI) brings 10 performances to various on-street locations and public buildings in the UNESCO City of Music.

Local and international musicians will bring beats and bants to public spaces, including Flaxx Outdoor Living Room on Brunswick Street, the Rory Gallagher Statue outside Ulster Hall, and Belfast Grand Central Station.

Performers will include Rebecca Hall Harp and Voice, Canadian singer-songwriter Natalie Haskins, teenage bagpiper Henry Spencer and an 80-strong Rock Choir at Belfast Grand Central Station.

All of the performances above are free to attend and no need to book.
