Register your interest in joining our series of 20-minute exercise sessions for mind and body.

Minibreak wellness sessions

The sessions are for adults and can be done standing or seated. Each session is online and runs from 10am to 10.20am. 

  • Standing Yoga for Health and Wellbeing on Monday 28 July
  • Standing Tai Chi Qigong for Health and Wellbeing on Wednesday 30 July 
  • Standing Pilates and Qigong for Health and Wellbeing on Thursday 31 July 
  • Yoga for menopause on Monday 4 August
  • Chair-based Tai Chi Qigong on Wednesday 6 August
  • Chair-based Yoga on Friday 8 August
  • Chair-based Pilates and Yoga on Tuesday 12 August
  • Mindful Movement for caregivers and volunteers on Wednesday 13 August
