Tai Chi is often described as "meditation in motion," and for good reason. It’s a low-impact, slow-motion exercise that originated as a martial art but has evolved into a powerful tool for holistic health. Because it treats the mind and body as an interconnected system, the benefits are surprisingly broad. Tai Chi is particularly effective because it strengthens the body without the strain associated with high-impact sports.
