Once Upon a Time in Belfast Enchanted Evenings

- Access to the event site will be on a first come first served basis
- This event is being held in a shared space area and Belfast City Council shall use it’s best endeavours to ensure that all patrons attending the Event feel safe while in attendance.
- Belfast City Council reserves the right to ask any patron(s) to leave the Event should their actions or behaviour, in the opinion of the Council, cause any other person to feel unsafe while at the Event. Belfast City Council has a duty under S75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 to promote equality of opportunity and good relations between persons of different religious belief, political opinion or racial group, and reserves the right to restrict access to this event should a patron be behaving in a way that is likely to constitute a breach of these obligations.
- No alcohol is permitted on the public event space
- Under 16’s should be accompanied by an adult
- No glassware or cans permitted on site
- Food and refreshment facilities available in city centre eateries
- No barbeques or naked flames
- Once on site you assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft, and release organisers, sponsors, performers, venue and their employees from any liability
- All dogs should be kept on a leash within the event site
- Cyclists should dismount and push their bicycles when accessing the event site
- Charity collections, leafleting and other promotional activity not authorised by Belfast City Council cannot take place onsite
- Professional photographers who operate for public facing media are not permitted to operate within the event space without obtaining permission from Belfast City Council and providing details of their official accreditation alongside contact details.
- Please be mindful of others on site and respect social distancing. It is important that we ensure a Covid safe environment and follow Public Health guidance to protect all those in attendance.
- Belfast City Council are committed to ensuring that all of our visitors enjoy a safe and entertaining visit. However, we do appreciate that some of the lighting effects used can, in rare circumstances, have adverse effects on some visitors. Please be aware that some activity will contain flashing lights/imagery during this event.
- Please be aware that Belfast City Council will have an official photographer onsite. If a specific image of an individual or a group is the focal point of a photograph, you will be asked for your consent to use the image and to complete a form(s) in line with the General Data Protection Regulation/Data Protection Act 2018.
- This outdoor event will happen regardless of weather conditions, so please dress accordingly.
