Date: Friday 18 September 2020
Culture Night Belfast is set to go ahead with an online celebration of the arts that will include a rich mix of music, film, performance and much more on 18 September.
Organisers of the biggest event in the city’s cultural calendar are determined to show resilience in the sector, despite these trying times, with the provision of a spectacular online display and the launch of CNB TV.
Although this year’s programme will not be happening live on Culture Night, over six hours of core programming will be available to access for free across a number of online channels.
A few of the many highlights will include:
- specially curated online events from Oh Yeah Centre and the Black Box
- children’s cabaret with Stephen Beggs
- The Graduate Show, delivered virtually by The MAC
If you're a creator and want to submit an event for Culture Night Belfast, you can complete a submissions form at culturenightbelfast.com/cnb-online (link opens in new window)
The Culture Night Belfast team will also be using the online event as an opportunity for people to fundraise for arts and culture by encouraging viewers to donate the price of a drink in return for the wide-ranging virtual offerings.
